🏛 About the Library
St. Thomas College Library, established on 23 June 1950, has grown into a premier academic library supporting the teaching, learning and research activities of the College. The Golden Jubilee Memorial Library Building, completed in 2004, provides nearly 20,000 square feet of modern learning space for students, research scholars and faculty members.
The library is dedicated to the collection, preservation, organization and dissemination of knowledge. It provides rich print and digital collections across diverse disciplines while promoting lifelong learning and academic excellence.

✨ Highlights of Our Library
📖 Comprehensive Collections
The four-floor library houses books in Arts, Social Sciences, Science, Commerce, Languages and interdisciplinary subjects. The ground floor includes Arts & Social Science collections, general books and reprography facilities.
📚 Distinguished Reference Section
The first floor houses one of Kerala's prominent college reference collections with approximately 10,000 reference books, along with a spacious reading area and Digital Library.
🔬 Research & Learning Support
The second floor accommodates the Science collection, while the fourth floor preserves valuable back volumes of journals and periodicals for research.
💻 Technology & Digital Access
The library is fully automated using Koha, organized with DDC, and provides access to the Institutional Repository through DSpace, e-books and subscribed databases.
